		Amy Salisbury is a graduate of the University of Akron with a BS in elementary education with an early childhood specialty. She has been teaching in the Akron Public Schools since 1988 where she has taken on many leadership roles such as Building Leadership team, School improvement team as well as being named teacher of the year. Amy holds a masterʼs degree in Elementary administration from the University of Akron. Throughout her many years she has taught a diverse population with ranging skills and backgrounds. Due to her love of teaching reading, Amy is a very successful and loved reading teacher.
